The BASIC Elements Of Yoga:
Utilizes the influences of both Hatha Iyengar (therapeutic), and Vinyasa (flow) yoga. Each week contains a theme from which to provide students with diversity and well roundness. Weekly themes include postures (asana’s) in standing, forward bends and twists, back bends, inversions and restorative postures. The elements of earth, wind, fire, and water are employed to further distinguish class themes by style, intensity, focus, and intent.
