During this 30 minute Mat Pilates class will do a full-body workout focusing on core strength, mobility, and balance. This class is not faced paced, but if you need a break take one! The class is designed for people with Pilates mat or reformer experience who would like to continue their exercise regime or are new to the Pilates game and can get down to the floor.
