Brooke Perrett, PT, DPT
Dr. Brooke Perrett is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong passion for helping individuals achieve optimal physical health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 2019. Brooke returned to Utah to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University, graduating in 2023 with experience in pelvic health, sports rehab, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain management.
Brooke’s journey to becoming a physical therapist was profoundly shaped by her own experiences as a young athlete. Throughout her youth, she was actively involved in cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, and soccer, which gave her a firsthand understanding of the physical demands and challenges athletes face. These experiences ignited her passion for physical therapy and inspire her to help others navigate their own athletic and rehabilitation journeys.
She treats individuals of all ages, from young athletes to older adults, and addresses diverse concerns such as chronic pain, postoperative rehabilitation, and overall health and wellness. Whether helping someone regain their strength after surgery, manage long-term pain, or achieve their fitness goals, Brooke uses a holistic approach that ensures each patient receives comprehensive treatment tailored to their unique circumstances, facilitating improved mobility, function, and quality of life.
